My adrenals really seem to be always struggling

My last few iron labs have been fine, I haven't supplemented since last summer. But I will add in some now - do you think two 27 mg tabs?

I have modified my HC dose so many times because of adrenaline rushes in the middle of the night. I am going to go back to a more natural dosing pattern, but I'm really worried about my sleep. My sleep has been the biggest issue, constant night wakings, and before I started HC, it was much worse, for hours at a time. In addition to sleep issues, lots of weight gain and fatigue (and brain fog) are my biggest symptoms.

I had my aldosterone tested in December, it seemed okay. I will try the pupil test and see.

I multi dose but not at bedtime - I am worried about doing that with my sleep issues. I am going to try the Circadium protocol, as I really would like to reduce the HC I'm taking, and the negative symptoms. My adrenals really seem to be always struggling. I'm taking 87.5 mcg of T3, do you think it is enough? Does my T3 appear to be pooling? And can you recommend a dosing schedule for it? Do most people do okay with a bedtime dose?

Yes, I eat a high protein and high fat snack before bed. I'm considering the Leptin Reset protocol as well, but don't want to drop the snack. I also eat Paleo/GAPS, but I've now heard that in some cases too low of carbs can cause RT3...it doesn't really make sense to me though.

I am 34. Does my progesterone look okay? I'm already on one dose of Estradiol cream...would you recommend increasing it?
